Terms of Service

(Effective as of August 26, 2025)

1. Introduction

Welcome to TradingBlitz.games (“Site” or “Service”), operated by Trading Blitz LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“we,” “our,” or “us”). TradingBlitz.games is a subsidiary of Trading Blitz LLC, which also operates TradingBlitz.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and a legal resident of one of the following U.S. states:
    Alabama, Alaska, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia.
  • Participation from any other U.S. state, territory, or outside the United States is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access certain features of the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information.
  • Each account is for one individual only; account sharing is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Challenge Match Eligibility: To issue or accept a Challenge request in a ladder tournament, your TradingBlitz.com account must have:

  • A virtual account balance greater than or equal to $75,000, and
  • You must have traded on at least three Solo charts.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accounts not meeting these criteria are ineligible to participate in Challenge matches or ladder tournaments until the requirements are satisfied.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit harmful or malicious software.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users’ experiences.
  • Access the Site from prohibited locations.
  • Attempt to bypass Site security, manipulate contests, or tamper with results.

5. Skill-Based Contests

  • The Site offers skill-based trading contests, including ladder tournaments.
  • Outcomes depend on participants’ skill, strategy, and decision-making, not chance.
  • Contest mechanics are governed by the Official Rules posted on the Site.
  • Contest participants must locate opponents via the Leaders section on TradingBlitz.com, issue or accept Challenge requests, and complete all matches within the 10-minute window for each tournament level.
  • TO PARTICIAPTE IN CHALLENGE MATCHES OR LADDER TOURNAMENTS, YOUR TRADINGBLITZ.COM ACCOUNT MUST HAVE a minimum virtual account balance of $75,000 and you must have traded on at least three Solo charts. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

6. Entry Fees and Payments

  • Some contests may require an entry fee, which is collected via the Site using secure third-party processors.
  • Free contests do not require payment.
  • At least 50% of entry fees for paid contests are distributed as prizes; the remainder may be retained by the Organizer for operations and profit.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. Prizes

  • Prizes are awarded according to Official Rules and are subject to verification by the Organizer.
  • Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the Organizer’s discretion.

8. Result Verification

  • The Organizer defines and oversees the process for verifying results, which may include screenshots, live screenshare, or in-person confirmation.
  • Only Organizer-verified results are recognized as official.
  • The Organizer has sole authority to resolve disputes, and all decisions are final and binding, including the authority to require rematches.

9. Technical Requirements and Limitations

  • You are responsible for your own internet connection, hardware, and software.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or lost data.
  • The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Site, its software, logos, graphics, content, and materials are the property of Trading Blitz LLC or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Privacy and Cookies

  • Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Affiliate Links

  • The Site may contain affiliate or referral links.
  • If you click such links and make a purchase, the Site may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trading Blitz LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or participation in contests.
  • You participate in contests at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Blitz LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or participation in contests.

15. Termination

  • The Organizer may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or at its discretion.
  • Upon termination, you forfeit any outstanding prizes or contest entries.

16. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Massachusetts.

17. Changes to Terms

  • The Organizer may update these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
  • Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
